Our Services

Precision Swiss CNC Machining

LA Swiss Machining is a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in precision Swiss CNC machining for parts up to 1.00 inch (25 mm) diameter. We machine prototype through production quantities in a wide range of materials, with front and back working capabilities including cross drilling, cross milling, front drilling, and front milling.

Why Choose Swiss Machining?

Swiss lathes utilize a sliding headstock and guide bushing to support the material immediately adjacent to the cutting tool. This design minimizes material deflection, allowing for exceptional dimensional accuracy, superior surface finishes, and outstanding repeatability—particularly on small, long, or intricate components.

Our machine's sub-spindle completes the back side of the part in the same operation, producing finished components without costly secondary machining. This "done-in-one" approach reduces handling, improves consistency, and enables continuous unattended production, resulting in lower per-piece costs for medium- and high-volume production runs.

While Swiss machining offers significant advantages in efficiency and precision, the complex setup required makes it less economical for some very low-volume jobs. We will gladly review your drawings and recommend whether Swiss machining is the most cost-effective manufacturing process for your project.

Experience You Can Trust

Our team brings decades of precision manufacturing experience producing high-quality components for demanding applications. Whether you need prototypes, production quantities, or you are looking for a more competitive quote on an existing part, we would welcome the opportunity to review your project and provide a quotation.
